Dr Kanungo's Diabetes Centre seeks a Laboratory Technician with 2-5 years of experience in reputed patho-labs and hospitals, with the following description:

Responsibilities:

Perform Laboratory Tests: Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
Maintain Equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test results.
Sample Management: Handle and process patient samples efficiently, following safety and confidentiality protocols.
Data Recording: Accurately record and analyse test results, maintaining comprehensive and organised records.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the laboratory.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field.
2-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in laboratory procedures and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory practice and patient care.
