Role Description This is a full-time, on-Physiotherapist role location os thane / nerul / panvel . The Physiotherapist will assess clients with musculoskeletal, sports, orthopedic, and related conditions, perform detailed movement and posture evaluations, and design individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and injury prevention programs, as well as guiding clients through rehabilitation sessions and monitoring their progress. The role involves collaborating closely with other health and performance professionals, participating in gait and movement analysis, and contributing to holistic fitness and performance programs. The Physiotherapist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation, educate clients on self-management and lifestyle modification, and uphold high standards of safety, ethics, and client care.

Qualifications

Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with valid professional registration/license as required.
Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and/or sports physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
Ability to plan and implement individualized treatment programs, track outcomes, and adjust interventions based on client response and goals.
Comfort working within a multidisciplinary, client-centric environment, with a collaborative approach to care and performance optimization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate, motivate, and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
Interest or experience in sports, running, fitness, or performance training; exposure to gait analysis, strength and conditioning, or injury prevention is an advantage.
Strong professional ethics, organizational skills, and reliability in maintaining documentation, schedules, and follow-up.
Willingness to work on-site in Thane and participate in occasional events, workshops, or community/athlete programs as needed.
