Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist Assistant/Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves supporting physiotherapists in delivering patient-centered care within a bright and friendly clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a private orthopaedic clinic and possess strong knowledge of medical terminology. Duties

Assist physiotherapists with patient treatment plans
Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
Monitor and document patient progress accurately and efficiently
Provide patient education on exercises and recovery protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment spaces
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Qualifications

Prior experience in a private physiotherapy clinic is preferred
Strong understanding of patient care practices and protocols
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and rehabilitation
Excellent communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Certification or diploma in Physiotherapy Assistance or related field is desirable
Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments and patient needs

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
