Overview

We are seeking a remote/virtual Physician to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Work will be sporadic for this position, with some months being minimal work (1-2 medicals to review), and others being higher volume.

Duties

Conduct thorough reviews of medicals completed by our on site Registered Nurse and sign off on fit for duty reports.
Request laboratory requisitions and provide written interpretation and explanation of the results. Laboratory requisitions may include X-rays, blood work, and ECG's.
Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation, laboratory requisitions, and patient management.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Valid provincial medical license to practice medicine.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and administration.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Pay: $30.00-$100.00 per hour
