A Better Way to Practice

As a Naturopathic Doctor most clinics ask you to fit into their system.

At CARESPACE, we built the system around you.

We know that when a client reaches their goals, the naturopathic doctor thrives - and when both thrive, the business grows. That’s why CARESPACE has expanded faster than almost any healthcare organization in the country. The Globe and Mail ranked CARESPACE #45 on its list of Top Growing Companies (2025), backed by 737% growth in just three years. Growth isn’t our ambition - it’s our evidence.

And that growth is accelerating.

In October we opened our 6th location in Waterloo
In March we opened our 7th and first Cambridge clinic
In June we opened our 8th location at Deer Ridge, Kitchener
Our 9th location launches in Kitchener this September

…and we are just getting started.

For naturopathic doctors, this means one thing: opportunity at a scale rarely seen in Canadian healthcare.

Due to recent promotions and new clinics, we have naturopathic doctor openings at the following locations:

CARESPACE Deer Ridge

4293 King Street East, Kitchener

CARESPACE Victoria North

1373 Victoria Street North, Kitchener

CARESPACE Weber North

564 Weber Street North, Waterloo

This is not the tired model where insurance dictates treatment plans, documentation buries your day, and you’re left to practice in isolation. CARESPACE is deliberately designed for naturopathic doctors who want to do their best work - with a system that supports them completely.

Career Growth With a Company Going Places

Whether your goal is to focus entirely on client care or to grow into leadership, CARESPACE offers something few clinics can: a collaborative place to practice well - and real opportunity when you want it. In a landscape of mom-and-pop clinics and slow-moving corporates, we’ve built an environment where both paths can thrive.

A Culture That Fits

We hire for values first: client-focused, evidence-based, collaborative, friendly.

Integrity and professionalism aren’t slogans - they’re how we operate.

Why Naturopathic Doctors Stay

Because here, they can finally practice their way.

They listen deeply. Clarify goals. Build plans that change lives.

They stop wrestling with paperwork, laundry, scheduling, and empty calendars.

Instead, they work in bright, beautifully designed spaces with oversized rooms and a multidisciplinary team that genuinely lifts them up.

They remember why they became naturopathic doctors in the first place - and they fall in love with the work again.

Who You Are

Curious, collaborative, and hungry to grow.
