Who we are looking for

Experienced or new NDs who want to focus on clinical work and build long-term patient relationships. You are:

Organized and self-directed. You manage your own calendar, keep thorough chart notes, and follow up with patients proactively.
Comfortable with virtual care tools and EMR systems. We use Jane App.
Open to collaboration. Our clinical team meets periodically to discuss cases and share approaches.
Interested in helping refine how we deliver care. Your input on protocols, workflows, and patient experience matters here.

Required commitment

Minimum 2 days per week available for patient appointments. You define the days and hours within that window.

The role

Deliver virtual consultations via our practice platform.
Build personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
Maintain accurate chart notes in Jane App.
Manage patient communications between visits via email.
Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner on lab coordination and complex cases.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and patient experience.

Requirements

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), in good standing.
Based in Ontario.
Current malpractice insurance.
Professional, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet and HD webcam.

Nice to have

Prescribing license.
2+ years of private practice or telemedicine experience.
Demonstrated patient retention track record.

Pay: $41,076.77-$138,492.09 per year
