Germany is actively recruiting qualified and motivated Caregivers to support its growing elderly population. A regulated, licensed German care home is now hiring international caregivers who are ready to work professionally, ethically, and long-term.
This is structured care work — not informal domestic help.
The Role
As a Caregiver in Germany, you will work as part of a professional care team, following clear routines, care plans, and hygiene standards.
Your work will include:
- Supporting elderly residents with daily personal care
- Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and meals
- Monitoring residents’ comfort and reporting observations
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and dignity at all times
- Working according to German care protocols and schedules
You will not be expected to perform medical tasks beyond your role.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing aide, or eldercare worker preferred
- Willingness to learn German language (A2–B1 level required before deployment)
- Basic English communication

Formal caregiving training is an advantage, but attitude and commitment matter most.
