We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Home Care Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide exceptional in-home nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to UAE healthcare standards.Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers.- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all care activities per DHA guidelines.- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and uphold patient confidentiality.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and support.- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Possess a valid DHA nursing license with a good standing.- Proven experience in home healthcare or community nursing is preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a home care setting.- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with high ethical standards.- Familiarity with UAE healthcare protocols and cultural sensitivity.
