Primary Title: ICU Physician (MBBS) - Intensivist (Fellowship)

We are hiring an on-site MBBS clinician with ICU fellowship/experience to strengthen our 24/7 intensive care services and drive high-quality outcomes for critically ill patients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, on-site critical care: assess, stabilise and manage adult ICU patients, including acute respiratory failure, shock, sepsis and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation strategies, sedation, ventilator weaning and ARDS protocols to optimise respiratory outcomes.
- Perform bedside invasive procedures safely—endotracheal intubation, central venous catheterisation, arterial line placement and ultrasound-guided vascular access.
- Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds with nurses, respiratory therapists and consulting teams; create clear, evidence-based care plans and communicate prognosis and goals with families.
- Implement sepsis bundles, titrate vasopressors/inotropes, coordinate renal replacement therapy and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives and mentor junior doctors and critical-care trainees.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with valid Indian medical registration.
- ICU fellowship or equivalent accredited training with hands-on intensive care experience.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated competency in mechanical ventilation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring and bedside invasive procedures.
Preferred
- Experience with point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for vascular access and bedside diagnostics.
- Exposure to continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and tertiary-care ICU workflows.
