Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – MBBS (On-site, Sabarkantha, Gujarat)
About The Opportunity
A clinical services role in the Healthcare / Hospital & Clinical Services sector delivering primary and emergency care in a fast-paced district hospital environment. This on-site position, based in Sabarkantha, Gujarat, requires a clinically strong MBBS-qualified physician to manage inpatient and outpatient duties, perform emergency stabilization, and support continuous patient care services across departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical care for IPD and OPD patients: evaluate, diagnose, initiate treatment and document care plans.
- Triage and stabilise medical and trauma emergencies; administer urgent interventions and escalate to specialists when required.
- Perform routine clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound care and basic minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular ward rounds, write timely admission/discharge summaries, and maintain accurate medical records and prescriptions.
- Coordinate investigations and interpret basic bedside diagnostics (ECG, point-of-care tests, basic radiology reports) to guide management.
- Communicate clinical status and handovers effectively with nursing staff, consultants and allied disciplines to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hospital settings with exposure to emergency/ward duties preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sabarkantha, Gujarat, including rotational shifts and on-call duties.
