Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role located inbBhubaneswar.The Doctor will be responsible for providing critical care and medical attention to patients during air ambulance transport. Key responsibilities include assessing patients' medical conditions, offering immediate treatment, monitoring health vitals, coordinating care with medical personnel, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the transfer. The role also involves maintaining detailed medical records for each transport and communicating effectively with healthcare teams and family members.

- Strong clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment, and emergency medical care
- Ability to monitor patient vitals and provide critical care during transport
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with healthcare teams and patients' families
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating quick decision-making and adaptability
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS or equivalent) and active medical license
- Experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or aviation medicine is advantageous
