Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist based in Lucknow. The Associate Dentist will provide excellent patient-centered care, including performing routine dental checkups and treatments for children and family members. Responsibilities include conducting detailed patient evaluations, diagnosing and treating dental concerns, providing oral hygiene advice, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with the dental team to create positive patient experiences while maintaining professional standards and delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Proficient in pediatric dentistry, including cavity prevention, fluoride applications, sealants, and habit correction therapies
- Skilled in conducting oral evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and providing personalized treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of oral hygiene and safety protocols and commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care
- Effective communication and patient-interaction skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and anxiety-free environment for children and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and efficiently manage treatment schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) is required; MDS in Pediatric Dentistry or related specialization is preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric or family dental care is an advantage
- Current registration and licensure to practice dentistry in India
