- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
- Valid State Medical Council registration
- 2–3 years of clinical experience (Emergency / ICU / OHC preferred)
- BLS & ACLS certification (Mandatory / Preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational airport shifts
- Prior airport / OHC experience is an added advantage
