Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and strategic Inside Sales Manager to strengthen our domestic and international sales operations.
In addition to managing inside sales activities, this role will lead and coordinate the field sales team, ensuring structured planning, execution, and performance tracking. The candidate will act as the central bridge between management and on-field representatives to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Revenue Growth
· Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
· Convert inquiries into long-term business relationships
· Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
· Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
· Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order execution
Field Sales Team Leadership
· Lead, guide, and coordinate the on-field sales team
· Strategize monthly and quarterly sales plans with field representatives
· Track daily/weekly sales activities, visits, and performance metrics
· Ensure proper reporting and discipline in CRM or sales tracking systems
· Identify market opportunities and provide actionable direction to the field team
· Ensure smooth on-field sales operations and resolve operational challenges
· Align production, dispatch, and regulatory coordination for timely execution
Customer & Account Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, clinics, and laboratories
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
· Address escalations and provide timely solutions
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
· Strong leadership and team management capability
· Experience in managing and tracking field sales teams
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
· Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Preferred Profile
· Candidates from the dental field are highly preferred
· Dentist (BDS) or MDS candidates are welcome to apply
· Prior experience in dental materials, medical devices, or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
