Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Physiotherapist, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, creating personalized rehabilitation plans, and utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery. The role also encompasses monitoring patient progress, educating patients on injury prevention and wellness, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy
- Ability to assess and develop tailored rehabilitation programs based on patient needs
- Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate and interact with patients and team members
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nutritionists and sports coaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Certification or experience in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, or a related field is advantageous
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on long-term wellness
