What makes the role meaty?
- Generate and issue invoices accurately as per company policies and client agreements
- Verify billing data (pricing, quantities, taxes, purchase orders, etc.) before invoice processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related clarifications
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
- Ensure timely invoicing, including E-invoicing and E-way bills.
- Track invoice status and share reports with the finance team
- Assist in basic reconciliation of billed amounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to invoicing
We hope that you are…
- A Graduate / Semi Qualified with 0–1 year experience (Internship experience in billing/accounts preferred)
- Basic understanding of invoicing processes and GST fundamentals
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
- Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
- Have strong knowledge and experience with MS office, Oracle, inventory / WMS systems
