Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and key follow-ups across clinical, expansion, and business initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, hospital visits, and reviews with doctors, satellite clinic teams, and external partners.
- Prepare presentations, minutes, action trackers, and MIS reports for the Founder.- Support planning and rollout of new satellites/clinics along with vertical heads (clinics, wellness, marketing).
- Conduct basic research, benchmarking, and analysis on new initiatives, services, or geographies.
- Use digital tools and AI assistants to draft documents, JDs, and summaries efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS with MBA / MHA preferred; MBA in Healthcare / General Management with a strong interest in hospitals also considered.
- 1–3 years’ experience; freshers with a strong academic and leadership profile encouraged.- Strong comfort with technology, productivity tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
