Role Overview
We are looking for a Biomedical Doctor to work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Healthcare & IT initiatives. The candidate will bridge the gap between clinical operations and healthcare technology solutions, ensuring medical accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise for healthcare IT products such as HIS, EMR, EHR, Telemedicine, and Digital Health platforms.
- Assist in designing, reviewing, and validating clinical workflows and hospital processes.
- Develop and review SOPs, treatment protocols, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Work closely with IT, product development, and operations teams to ensure medical alignment in software solutions.
- Support hospital management and administration projects with domain expertise.
- Conduct training sessions for doctors, nurses, and staff on system usage and clinical best practices.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Provide insights for healthcare consulting, expansion planning, and operational optimization.
- Represent the organization in medical meetings, conferences, and client discussions when required.
