This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor based at our Bapatla location. The Medical Doctor will oversee the health and safety of employees, provide medical consultations, and address onsite health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting regular health screenings, ensuring workplace health compliance, and providing first aid in case of emergencies. The role also involves generating medical reports and collaborating with health and safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct health screenings, provide diagnoses, and deliver medical consultations
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, and experience managing health compliance
- Experience in first aid, emergency medical care, and addressing occupational health issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively
- MBBS with Andhrapradesh licenses required
- Experience in industrial or workplace healthcare is a plus.
