Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures, provide expert patient consultations, and deliver high-quality care in a safe and ethical manner. This role requires excellent surgical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations to evaluate concerns and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments
- Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures (e.g., breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, scar revision)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to clinic policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay current with advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery
- Valid medical license in UAE
- Minimum 4 years of surgical experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high ethical standards and patient-centered care
Preferred Skills
- Experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
- Familiarity with minimally invasive aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments)
- Strong aesthetic judgement and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
