Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, take detailed medical histories, and analyze patient conditions to provide accurate functional diagnoses.
- Treatment Planning: Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the patient’s goals and physical needs.
- Hands-on Therapy: Deliver therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, soft tissue manipulation, and mobilization techniques.
- Electrotherapy & Modalities: Utilize modern physiotherapy equipment (e.g., IFT, Ultrasound, TENS, Traction) as part of rehabilitation.
- Exercise Prescription: Teach, guide, and supervise patients through targeted exercises to restore movement and strength.
- Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and ergonomic improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation of all treatments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the relevant state physiotherapy council.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Willing to relocate to Ratnagiri.
