We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support dentists in delivering top-quality dental care by preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and managing clinical tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Assist dentists during patient examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure sterilization of dental instruments following safety protocols.- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as instructed by the dentist.- Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow.- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.- Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and clinic operations.
- Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting from an accredited institution.- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting in UAE.- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization standards.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.- Ability to remain compassionate and patient-centered in a busy healthcare environment.- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if needed.- Fluency in English, Hindi .knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Valid work authorization for UAE.
