At Thryva Life, we are building a multidisciplinary clinical establishment focused on comprehensive care for the elderly while serving patients across age groups. We’re looking for a Senior Doctor who is passionate about patient-centred care and clinical leadership.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Role: Clinical Leadership & Patient Care
What you’ll do
• Lead clinical decision-making for elderly patients with complex conditions
• Conduct detailed assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physiotherapists, pulmonologists, orthopaedists, neurologists, and memory care specialists
• Oversee rehabilitation programs including neuro, pulmonary, orthopaedic, and memory care
• Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-ups
• Mentor junior doctors and clinical staff while maintaining high clinical standards
• Communicate closely with patients and families to deliver compassionate care
Who we’re looking for
• MBBS with 3–4 years ICU experience OR MD in Geriatric Medicine / Family Medicine
• Experience managing complex elderly patients with comorbidities
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
• Registered with the Karnataka Medical Council (or equivalent)
• Passion for improving care for elderly and vulnerable populations
