Role Description
This is a full-time Medical Doctor role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patient health, providing professional medical consultation, and implementing medical procedures when necessary. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining detailed patient records, and adhering to medical ethics and compliance standards. The individual will also contribute to the education of staff and participate in organizational initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical conditions management
- Excellent clinical skills across patient examination, history-taking, and creating care plans
- Familiarity with medical compliance, regulatory standards, ethical practices, and patient safety guidelines
- Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and formulate treatment regimens
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient interaction and interdepartmental coordination
- Problem-solving capabilities and a patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery
- Board certification and a valid medical license to practice in India
- Experience in general medicine or specialized medical fields is beneficial
