Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the executive and stakeholders
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel logistics
- Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records
- Assist with planning and execution of meetings and company events
- Track executive expenses and manage reimbursement processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication
Travel Estimate
Around 15 to 20 days in a year
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Certification in office administration is a plus
