Co-Care Health Group Inc. is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing services, promote patient well-being, and contribute to high standards of clinical care in community and clinical settings.
This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Hours of Work
Full-time employment with approximately 40 hours per week.
Estimated workload:
- Approximately 2,080 hours per year
- Approximately 6,240 hours over a three-year period
Schedules may include weekday, evening, or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health status and develop nursing care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care including monitoring, treatment, and patient education.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and care teams.
- Promote infection prevention, safety practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support health promotion and patient education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a Canadian nursing regulatory authority is required.
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) will be considered an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards.
