We are currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Emergency / Casualty Duty Doctor to join our emergency department team and ensure timely and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide immediate medical attention to patients arriving in the Emergency / Casualty department.
• Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and stabilization of emergency cases.
• Manage medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critical patients according to established protocols.
• Coordinate with consultants and specialists for further evaluation and treatment when required.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate documentation of clinical findings and treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and emergency department reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and hospital staff regarding patient condition and treatment plans.
• Participate in code blue, emergency response, and resuscitation procedures when required.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other departments to provide seamless patient care.
Required Qualifications
• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid State Medical Council Registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in Emergency / Casualty services preferred.
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and emergency management training may also apply.
• Certification in ACLS / BLS will be an added advantage.
