Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AFIH Doctor based in Mumbai. The AFIH Doctor will oversee the medical needs of onsite staff, conduct health assessments, administer first aid and emergency care, and provide occupational and preventive healthcare services to employees. The role also involves maintaining medical records, delivering health education programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess an MBBS degree with AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) certification.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with experience in occupational and preventive healthcare services.
- Proficiency in administering first aid, emergency care, and performing routine health assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to industrial environments (e.g., OSHA compliance or similar).
- Capability to maintain accurate medical records and provide timely reporting and recommendations.
- Desirable: Previous experience in an industrial or emergency healthcare setting.
- Commitment to patient care and a proactive approach to promoting health and wellness within the workplace.
