Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role. The Pharmacist will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, provide expert advice to customers on proper medication use, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include inventory management, coordination with healthcare providers, and educating customers about prescription and over-the-counter medicines. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with the latest pharmaceutical advancements and regulatory changes to uphold the highest service standards.
Qualifications
- Licensure as a registered pharmacist and adherence to state regulations
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, inventory management, and medication safety protocols
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory and record management
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for inventory tracking and recordkeeping
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and team members
- Prior work experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage
