The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide holistic Resident-centered care that supports the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being of those in our community. Working within your scope of practice, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to ensure Residents receive safe, high-quality nursing care.
In this leadership role, you will provide clinical guidance and supervision to Continuing Care Assistants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence within the Home.

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN Certification in Nova Scotia, including pharmacology, health assessment, and medication administration
- Certification in Safe Resident Handling
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise and support care staff
- Strong clinical judgement, assessment, and documentation skills
- A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
