Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist (DOH Licensed)

Job Summary
Noubel Rehabilitation Center is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Al Ain. The candidate must hold a valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter and have experience in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Pathology / Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
- Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (pediatric experience is preferred).
- Knowledge in managing speech, language, articulation, feeding, and communication disorders.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy for speech delay, articulation disorders, language disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, and communication challenges.
- Educate families and caregivers on home-based therapy strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to DOH regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
