Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist located at our facility in Shivamogga. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to support physical rehabilitation. Responsibilities include analyzing patient conditions, providing exercises and therapies, monitoring progress, advising patients on injury prevention, and maintaining accurate documentation of treatments. Collaboration with medical professionals and maintaining high patient care standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Professional expertise in Physical Therapy, including assessing, diagnosing, and planning patient rehabilitation programs
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, exercise prescription, and providing pain management therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with patients and healthcare teams
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate patient treatment reports
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- State licensure as a practicing physiotherapist
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an added advantage
