Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacist Lead with 5+ years of experience in the medicine and pharma sector to oversee a team of 25-30 pharmacists. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate prescription dispensing, medicine knowledge application, and team leadership to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 25-30 pharmacists, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
Analyze prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and patient safety before dispensing.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of medicines, formulations, and pharma regulations to guide team and customers.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards, inventory management, and quality control.
Handle customer queries, provide counseling on medications, and resolve escalations efficiently.
Collaborate with warehouse and retail teams to optimize medicine supply and dispensing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university (pharma graduates only).
Valid Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) license (candidates with a free license preferred).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in medicine dispensing and pharma retail/operations.
Proven team handling skills for large teams (25-30 members).
Strong knowledge of prescription analysis, drug interactions, and pharma best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
