We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our modern polyclinic, Q Care Medical Centre, in Kuravilangadu, Kottayam. Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art Digital Laboratory to support our Outpatient (OPD) and Urgent Care services. This position offers a stable day-shift schedule with no night duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology.
Collect and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.) following strict safety and hygiene protocols.
Operate and maintain advanced digital laboratory equipment and automated analyzers.
Ensure high accuracy in test results and timely delivery of reports for clinical review.
Maintain quality control standards and document all lab procedures accurately.
Manage laboratory inventory, including reagents and consumables, to ensure uninterrupted service.
Collaborate closely with doctors and nursing staff to prioritize urgent care diagnostic needs.
Ensure proper waste management and sterilization according to healthcare safety standards.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) from a recognized university.
Registration: Valid registration with the Kerala Paramedical Council is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating automated biochemistry and hematology analyzers.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Availability: Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
