Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, analyze samples, and support accurate diagnosis. The role involves handling lab equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory tests (blood, urine, and other samples)
Analyze test results and maintain accuracy
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Prepare samples and reagents for testing
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of specimens
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)
1+ years of experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital
Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Basic computer knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
