We’re looking for a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist - Paediatric to one of our Clients in Dubai to lead and deliver high-quality, child-centered therapy services. You’ll manage a clinical caseload, support a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist OT assessment and treatment for children (individual & group sessions)
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented therapy plans with families and MDT
- Manage complex paediatric cases independently
- Support and supervise junior therapists
- Contribute to training, service development, and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Minimum 2+ years of paediatric experience
- Experience supporting children with learning or communication challenges
- DHA license or eligibility letter (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
