Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of elderly patients, including medical history, physical examination, and mental health evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient

- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, medication management, and preventive care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care

- Stay updated on advancements in geriatric medicine through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective state or region
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric medicine or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of age-related health issues and treatment protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
