The Indian Dental Association (IDA) is looking for a passionate and motivated 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝟭–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) to join our academic and clinical team as a 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿.
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Perform and assist in a wide range of endodontic procedures
* Mentor and guide participants during endodontic treatments
* Support hands-on training and clinical learning programs
* Collaborate closely with senior endodontists and multi-specialty mentors
* Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical protocols
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* MDS in Endodontics
* 1–2 years of clinical experience
* Proficiency in routine and advanced endodontic procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for teaching and mentoring young dentists
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Candidates should be based in Mumbai
