Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Dentist for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Head Dentist will lead and oversee all dental care operations, provide comprehensive patient care, and guide junior dentists and hygienists. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating dental conditions, creating patient treatment plans, performing procedures, and ensuring the highest quality of care. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with professional regulations and fostering a patient-first culture.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing dental procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide the dental team
- Excellent patient communication and care skills, with a commitment to ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction
- Thorough knowledge of dental best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification, with a valid dental license to practice in India
- Proficiency in emerging dental technologies and familiarity with contemporary industry tools and techniques
- Problem-solving capabilities to address patient concerns and manage complex dental cases
- Prior experience in a leadership or department head role is highly advantageous
