Role Description-
The Patient Care Specialist is a full-time, on-field role based in Mumbai (Central Line). The role involves visiting patients at their homes or clinics to conduct treatment sessions using Marbles Health's neurostimulation device.
Key responsibilities include setting up the device as per training protocols, ensuring patient comfort throughout the session, documenting treatment notes, and coordinating with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience. The role requires regular travel across assigned locations within Mumbai.
Qualifications-
- 0-1 years of experience in patient care or healthcare delivery roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain treatment procedures and address patient concerns effectively.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling for patient visits.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is required.
- Travel expenses are covered by the company.
- Work location: On-field across Mumbai.
