Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Budgeting the required equipment
- Manage the day to day operations of the unit
- Overall supervision of the unit
- Ensure the assigned staffs are practising as per the job description and competency
- Supervision on stock management
- Develop required sop s for the unit
- Monitor the staffs for their current practice
- Guidance and counselling of the staff
- Coordinate for interview education
- Team management
- Problem solving and conflict management
- Supervise the dietary requirement if the patient
- Daily patient rounds and collect feed back
- Prepare the unit for regulatory requirements and accreditation
- Ensure staff well-being
- Goal setting for staffs
- Annual Appraisal and appraise the staff as and when required
- participate for unit interview
