Position: Clinical Physiotherapist (BPT / MPT)

Reporting To: Program Manager / Clinic Manager
Role Overview
The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing rehabilitation programs for patients. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aligned with 3H World’s integrated healthcare model.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Treatment:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and identify physiotherapy needs
- Design personalized rehabilitation and treatment plans
- Execute therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and protocols
Rehabilitation & Recovery
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, and recovery techniques
Coordination
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic teams
- Ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
Documentation
- Maintain treatment records, progress notes, and patient reports
- Ensure proper documentation as per clinical standards
Qualification
- BPT / MPT (Physiotherapy)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy
- Good patient handling and rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
