Job Summary:
The Aesthetic Gynecologist is a specialized Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB-GYN) physician with expertise in cosmetic and aesthetic procedures of the female reproductive system. The role involves evaluating, counseling, and performing both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic gynecology procedures to enhance patient well-being, confidence, and quality of life, while ensuring safety and adherence to medical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultation & Assessment:
- Evaluate patients seeking aesthetic gynecology procedures.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, examinations, and risk assessments.
- Discuss realistic expectations, treatment options, benefits, and risks.
- Cosmetic Gynecology Procedures:
- Perform surgical procedures such as labiaplasty, hymenoplasty, vaginal tightening, and clitoral hood reduction.
- Conduct non-surgical treatments like laser vaginal rejuvenation, PRP therapy, and vaginal health therapies.
- Ensure proper pre- and post-operative care.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
- Coordinate with aesthetic clinics, physiotherapists, and dermatology teams when required.
- Patient Education & Follow-Up:
- Provide post-procedure guidance and follow-up care.
- Educate patients on maintaining vaginal and reproductive health.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic gynecology techniques and safety protocols.
- Adhere to hospital or clinic guidelines, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document all procedures, patient interactions, and consent forms accurately.
- Prepare medical reports and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- MBBS / MD / DO (Obstetrics & Gynecology)
- Licensed OB-GYN in relevant health authority (MOH/SHA)
- Certification or specialized training in Cosmetic / Aesthetic Gynecology WITH PRIVIALGE
