Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by performing analytical testing, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate results in line with quality and regulatory standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments and food analysis techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as:
- Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
- Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Spectrophotometer
- Perform proximate analysis of raw materials and finished products (moisture, ash, fat, protein, fiber, etc.).
- Prepare samples, reagents, and calibration standards as per testing requirements.
- Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Accurately record, maintain, and update laboratory data in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Assist in troubleshooting instrument issues and coordinating with service providers when required.
- Support quality control and R&D teams with analytical data and reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
