Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Aurangabad. The Physiotherapist will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions, including back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgery recovery. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing assessments, providing manual therapy and exercise programs, conducting chiropractic adjustments, and collaborating with patients to track and optimize their progress. Maintaining proper documentation and educating patients on injury prevention and wellness will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience in treating conditions like back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and post-surgery recovery.
- Knowledge of chiropractic care and posture correction therapy is an advantage.
- Excellent patient communication and education skills, with the ability to create tailored treatment plans.
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and tracking progress effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in India.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a healthcare team.
