Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist for an on-site role at KIMS Alshifa Super Specialty Hospital located in Eranad. The Physiotherapist will evaluate and develop personalized care plans for patients, provide therapeutic physical treatments, and assist in the rehabilitation and recovery process. Responsibilities include diagnosing movement-related issues, executing rehabilitation programs, guiding patients on preventive care and exercises, and collaborating with medical practitioners to ensure comprehensive care. The role emphasizes patient-centric therapies and regular progress assessments to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physiotherapy practices, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise planning
- Strong knowledge in patient assessment, diagnosis, and designing individual rehabilitation plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvements, and wellness strategies
- Licensure or certification as a Physiotherapist, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Experience in sports or orthopaedic rehabilitation is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients in a busy healthcare environment
- Commitment to delivering empathetic, informed, and patient-focused care
