Your role will be essential in maintaining a safe and responsive care environment during night hours, ensuring patient well-being and coordinating necessary interventions.
Your responsibilities will include continuous patient monitoring, managing calls and emergencies, performing required nursing care, and effective communication with medical teams. You will also be responsible for documenting actions and observations in patient records.
Required profile :
The ideal path is to obtain a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in the Health or Social field.
1 to 5 years of experience in similar roles will be a major asset for success in this position.
We are looking for a person with great autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and an excellent ability to analyze and react to emergency situations. Skills in stress management and interpersonal communication are essential. Proficiency in computer tools for patient management is also expected.
