Job Title: Ayurvedic Clinic Doctor
Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Experience Required: 3+ Years (Preferred)
Qualification: BUMS/BAMS / MD (Ayurveda)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Ayurvedic Doctor to join our clinic. The doctor will be responsible for patient consultations, prescribing Ayurvedic medicines, recommending appropriate therapies, and managing patients who have not found relief through other treatments. The role also includes contributing to clinic growth by ensuring effective treatment outcomes and generating revenue through patient care and therapy recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and assess medical history and symptoms.
- Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic principles.
- Prescribe clinic-approved Ayurvedic medicines and treatment plans.
- Recommend suitable therapies (Panchakarma or other Ayurvedic therapies) when required.
- Handle patients who have not found relief from previous treatments and provide effective Ayurvedic solutions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients about lifestyle, diet, and Ayurvedic practices.
- Support the growth of the clinic by improving patient satisfaction and generating revenue through consultations and therapy recommendations.
Requirements:
- BAMS / MD in Ayurveda from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic Clinic Mandatory.
- Strong diagnostic and consultation skills.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and therapies.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to build trust with patients and provide long-term treatment plans.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Panchakarma therapies.
- Ability to handle chronic and difficult cases.
- Strong patient relationship management.
