The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients in our welcoming and professional surgery.
Main duties include:
scheduling appointments in person and on the phone.
Managing patients enquiries and liaising with medical staff
Updating records and billing
Scanning/ Typing letters
Skills required:
Professional clear and kind communication
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible and work within a small but dedicated team
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
Be willing to learn-preference will be given to those with medical secretary course/experience
Pay: €15.00-€15.60 per hour
