Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic BHMS / BAMS doctor to take on a dual role as a Clinical Trainer and Training Coordinator at Prevoir Fertility Academy & Research Centre. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical training while also managing, planning, and coordinating academic programs, workshops, and training initiatives within the academy.

Key Responsibilities:A. Clinical Training Responsibilities:

· Deliver structured training sessions on fertility treatments, patient management, and clinical SOPs

· Train doctors, nurses, counselors, and support staff

· Develop training modules, manuals, presentations, and SOP documentation

· Conduct assessments, case discussions, and practical demonstrations

· Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards

· Provide continuous mentoring and on-the-job training

B. Training Coordination Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and execute training programs, workshops, and certification courses

· Coordinate with internal doctors, external faculty, and management for sessions

· Manage training calendars, batch planning, and participant onboarding

· Handle documentation, attendance, feedback, and certification processes

· Ensure smooth execution of academic and research-related activities

· Act as a point of contact for trainees, faculty, and stakeholders

C. Research & Academy Support:

· Assist in clinical research activities, case studies, and data collection

· Support development of academic content and curriculum

· Maintain training records, reports, and performance analytics

· Contribute to improving training quality and program structure

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in BHMS or BAMS (mandatory)

· Valid medical registration

· 3–6 years of experience in clinical practice / training / healthcare coordination
